The expansive view from Lollipop's floor-to-ceiling windows more than makes up for the restaurant's drab decor. Go for a decently priced menu that consists primarily of seafood and vegetarian dishes. The restaurant offers both takeout and longer weekend hours (9 PM-2 AM) than most eateries on the island, but late-night is party time, and the place is likely to be packed to the gills. No reservations are necessary, but if you call, someone will pick you up and drop you off after dinner -- a sweet touch, indeed.
